Cecil and Patricia Manning opened their first hot breadbakery shop in Collins Avenue in the 1950s. Living over the shop they kept aclose eye on production, quality and consistency of all that was sold. Thatattention to detail was vital in driving the growth of the business throughoutthe years. Today Mannings Bakery Ltd produces a wide range of bakery favouritesin its 80,000 square foot custom built bakery facility. From there it suppliesfresh and frozen breads and confectioneries to the leading Supermarket and FoodService outlets throughout Ireland, the UK, US and EU.
Today we use specially designed bakery equipment whichreplicates the original profiles and personalities of the breads andconfectioneries which made us favourites over the last 70 years, such as ourfamous Irish Brown Sodas and artisan yeast breads.
